Endo-p53™ is a p53 secretagogue peptide under development by Pyxis Biologix, Inc. that promotes the production of healthy p53 proteins. There are multiple checkpoints and signaling proteins that regulate cellular division and healthy tissue growth, and one of these regulatory proteins is p53. These proteins are able to stop cellular division and promote apoptosis in tumor cells.  Endo-p53™ is also highly selective, only targeting mutated cells undergoing irregular and unregulated cellular division.
